Returns and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority. We accept returns and exchanges (for size) within 30 days of receiving an order. All returned items must be in unwashed and unworn condition with original tags, and be free of any visible damage. We do not offer an exchange for out of stock items.

 

Returns

The package with your returned items must include either your original packing slip with your name and order number, or a written note with your name and order number.

Upon receipt, our team will process your returned item(s) and provide a refund for hte item(s) upon confirmation they were returned in acceptable condition.

 

Exchanges


To initiate an exchange, you must email our team with your requested size change, at support@theshellcorp.com. Exchanges will be provided based on availability of the requested size when your item is received and processed; if the requested size is not available and your return meets our quality standards, a refund will be provided for the item.

If you do not wish to wait for shipping and processing before your new item is shipped to you, or you would like to ensure you get an available item before it runs out of stock, you may follow the above "Return" instructions to return your item and purchase the size you would like to replace it with; you will receive your refund as soon as your return is processed in accordance with the Return policy.

International Orders

We have no control over customs fees and they vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees. 

 

Shipping and Handling Times

95% of all orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days! We do not ship orders over the weekend. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day. 

The cut-off time for same day shipping for Second Day and Overnight Orders is 8 am PST. Any orders placed after that time will most likely be shipping the following business day.

 

Damaged & Defective Items

To report an item that arrives with damage or defect, you must contact our team within 7 days of delivery of your item at support@theshellcorp.com with your name, order number, and a description of the issue with accompanying photos that demonstrate the issue. If the item is in stock, our team will create a new delivery order to replace the damaged/defective item. If the item is no longer in stock, our team may offer you a comparable replacement or ask if you would prefer a full refund; if there are no comparable replacements available, we will proceed immediately to a full refund for the item. Since the item is defective, you are free to do as you wish with the item and do not need to return it to us after you have documented and we have received the images.
